Mistake: Unsaturated niches mean there is no money being made
Truth: Go after saturated niches, insert teaching on how to find them, and pick them
Result: When you do this, you insert yourself where money is already flowing and now all you have to learn how to do is position your offer as "new" or "different" from what's already out there
